Booking Procedures
Bookings can be made via:
1. Online/website/email
2. Telephone
3. Personally, before or after an appointment
Payment Policy
Payments will be taken after the appointment.
1. Telehealth appointments: via the online booking system.
2. Payments in cash are possible on home visits.
Cancellation Policy
1. Any booking that is cancelled within 48 hours prior to the appointment date will be charged a 50% cancellation fee.
2. Rescheduling more than 48 hours prior to the appointment is free of additional costs.
Work and Safety Procedures
Minimising risk for the practitioner and client by following the code of conduct. This includes infection control; confidentiality; further education; first aid knowledge; culturally safe and sensitive practice; respect for colleagues; delegation, referral and handover practice; professional behaviour at all times and record keeping.
Privacy Policy/Record keeping
1. All information that is collected will be treated confidentially; disclosure of information only with the clients’ consent; will be respected by all staff members.
2. Children will be treated in the presence of a parent or legal representative.
3. All client data will be stored for seven years.
